This Refund & Return Policy explains how MEGAN FASHION LIMITED handles returns and refunds for purchases made on meganfashion.shop.

1. Return Window

Unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout, you may request a return within 30 days from delivery.

2. Eligibility and Condition

To be eligible:

  • Footwear must be unused and in original condition

  • Shoe boxes/packaging, tags, inserts and accessories must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns may be refused if shoes show wear, scuffing, odour, damage, or missing packaging/components.

3. Contact Us Before Returning (Required)

Email support@meganfashion.shop with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Our error (wrong item/confirmed defect): we may cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping

  • Change of mind/size preference: customer pays return shipping
    Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We may offer replacement/partial refund/full refund depending on the case.

6. Refund Processing

After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary.

7. Exceptions

Items marked “final sale” or “non-returnable” are not eligible unless damaged/defective/incorrect.
